What you're buying

The Weekend Family Binder is a digital product: PDF files and a spreadsheet, available to download straight after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to download the files and print as many copies as you need for your own household.

You may not share, resell or publish the files or printed copies, in whole or in part.

Not legal, financial or medical advice

The binder is an organizing tool. It helps you record information and wishes for your family. It is not legal, financial or medical advice. It doesn't create a will, a power of attorney or a healthcare directive, and nothing written in it is legally binding.

For those documents, talk to a qualified lawyer or notary where you live. The country notes in the binder are general and may not match the rules where you live.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure payment processor. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax.

The Annual Binder Checkup renews at the price shown when you join, once a year, until you cancel by emailing support@gethearthbook.com.

Refunds

Every bundle has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for details.

Liability

We work hard to make the content accurate, but we can't guarantee it's free of every error, or suited to your situation. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.
